5+ years as a 3D Character/Hard-surface artist in the video game industry. I've worked both as an outsource partner and apart of an internal team delivering high quality 3D assets. My passion for hard-surface initially developed as a kid getting Sharper Image magazines in the mail and seeing all the cool sci-fi looking gadgets. Once I discovered modeling tools like Blender and Zbrush, I was completely sucked in. I then expanded my skillset into human anatomy and character modeling after seeing the incredible work of people like Vitaly Bulgarov, Furio Tedeschi, and plenty others.
